Responsibilities
- Lead challenging architecture and technology projects from strategic goal-setting and architectural design through implementation.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize IT and enterprise architectures using cloud, microservices, APIs, AI, and modern platform architectures.
- Develop target architectures and technology roadmaps and evaluate technological capabilities, architectural decisions, and feasibility.
- Lead interdisciplinary and agile teams in strategic IT transformation and implementation programs.
- Coordinate internal and external teams and communicate complex technology decisions to client executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Help clients integrate AI into technology and architecture strategies and build scalable AI capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of architecture and technology expertise and support colleagues' professional growth.
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with above-average academic performance.
- At least six years of relevant experience in IT consulting, technology consulting, or comparable roles.
- Extensive experience designing and developing complex IT architectures and aligning technology decisions with strategic and business requirements.
- Practical experience with AI technologies and AI tools and an understanding of their impact on enterprise and solution architectures.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams as a project manager, including on the client side, with strong resource-planning and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate and persuasively discuss complex technological concepts with technical experts and management-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of current technology and market trends, with the ability to translate developments into client solutions.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global contexts, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Fluent understanding and communication in German and English; French is a plus.
