Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for AI, software, and physical-device systems.
- Make technical build, buy, reuse, vendor, and platform decisions.
- Set up the lab, toolchain, and simulation environment.
- Turn validated user problems into working pilots and measure adoption and outcomes.
- Integrate edge devices with enterprise applications and data systems.
- Deliver systems within security, safety, compliance, and quality constraints.
- Guide and review engineers, including partner-team contributors.
- Define engineering practices and quality gates.
- Document reusable components, technical knowledge, and invention reports.
Requirements
- Demonstrated end-to-end system ownership and responsibility for key technical decisions.
- Experience building systems adopted by real users, with measurable user, pilot, or business outcomes.
- Experience improving other engineers’ effectiveness through reviews, standards, or mentoring.
- Experience delivering under security, safety, compliance, or customer-quality constraints.
- Strong C++ and/or Python development on Linux.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of ROS 2, computer vision, sensor fusion, real-time control, and edge AI deployment.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- At least 3 years of experience, with demonstrated accomplishments prioritized over tenure.
- Nice to have experience with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, NVIDIA Jetson, automotive or safety-critical systems, ASPICE, ISO 26262, patents, invention reports, or reusable published components.
