[BGSV/PJ-TE] Senior Edge AI Engineer (ROS 2/Computer Vision/Sensor Fusion)

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of systems combining AI, software, and physical devices.
- Make build, buy, and reuse decisions and assess vendors and technology platforms.
- Set up the team laboratory, toolchain, and simulation environment.
- Convert validated user problems into working pilots and measure adoption and impact.
- Integrate edge devices with enterprise applications and data, including identity, scheduling, visitor, and facility systems.
- Deliver systems within real-world security, safety, compliance, and quality constraints.
- Guide and review engineers and partner-team contributors.
- Define engineering practices and quality gates.
- Document reusable components, technical know-how, and invention reports.
Requirements
- Have owned an end-to-end system design and made key technical decisions.
- Have built a system adopted by real users and be able to demonstrate user, pilot, or business impact.
- Have improved other engineers' effectiveness through reviews, standards, or mentoring.
- Have delivered under security, safety, compliance, or customer quality requirements.
- Strong C++ and/or Python programming on Linux.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of ROS 2, computer vision, sensor fusion, real-time control, and edge AI deployment.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Nice-to-have experience with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, NVIDIA Jetson or similar edge platforms, automotive or safety-critical systems, ASPICE, ISO 26262, patents, invention reports, or reusable published components.
