Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce development subject matter expert and lead application design, development, and configuration.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstreams and guide developers through technical decisions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Design and support Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools and promote their adoption for development speed and consistency.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, business analysts, and dependent teams.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments.
- Resolve technical problems, monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with the posting also stating a 5–7 year range.
- Strong Salesforce development proficiency, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools and automation techniques.
- Ability to guide teams, make technical decisions, communicate effectively, and solve problems.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce AI Associate and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
