Responsibilities
- Lead multiple project teams and development partners through software design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
- Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced software development partners.
- Review software designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards.
- Provide feedback to improve product quality and reduce failure risk.
- Provide software systems expertise and leadership to cross-organization projects and initiatives.
- Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into software systems projects.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 6–10 years of experience.
- Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
- Experience with software systems architecture for products and solutions.
- Experience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platform types.
- Experience with software systems testing, test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Mastery of English and the local language.
