Base Salary
$143k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework capabilities aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Own full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Lead system design reviews and validate alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components for automation and intelligent features.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements, track success metrics, and improve development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus four years of software engineering or related experience, or six years of such experience.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong experience with software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
- Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including deployment, observability, and maintenance.
- Skill in DevOps engineering practices that improve platform capabilities and developer productivity.
- Ability to use data-driven decision-making, conduct design reviews, and drive continuous technical improvement.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a relevant field plus two years of related experience, or knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
