Responsibilities
- Deliver technology services throughout the Taurus product lifecycle, including deployments, configurations, knowledge transfer, upgrades, maintenance, and deprecation.
- Lead the planning, installation, and integration of Taurus solutions in physical, virtual, and hybrid IT environments.
- Provide hands-on professional services, including product customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
- Maintain customer relationships while increasing product adoption and ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, learn customer requirements, and advocate customer needs and issues across Taurus.
- Transfer knowledge of Taurus products to partners and customers and organize and improve technical and user documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve post-sales customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on technical experience integrating products in complex environments and organizations, including API debugging, Kubernetes deployments, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent role with increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Experience with corporate IT environments and frameworks such as virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management.
- Experience with DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
- Ability to deploy simple and complex solutions and integrate them into existing production environments.
- Knowledge or experience in database management using SQL and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and willingness to travel regularly to customers.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
