Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CIAM platform based on One Identity Manager.
- Build scalable backend services for customer administration and identity lifecycle processes.
- Implement and extend One Identity Manager capabilities, synchronization solutions, data mapping, transformations, and consistency checks.
- Build secure, high-performance service layers and ensure reliable data exchange across systems.
- Contribute to CIAM strategy and roadmap development.
- Support threat modeling, risk assessments, secure coding, identity security, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide second- and third-level support, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliable identity services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager or a similar platform.
- Understanding of IAM/CIAM concepts, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and authorization models, especially ReBAC.
- Familiarity with VB.Net, PowerShell, system integration and synchronization, SQL databases, and process building.
- Preferred experience with Azure cloud services, event-driven architecture, GDPR and data privacy regulations, CI/CD and DevOps practices, EMS or contract management systems, backend development, REST API development, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, security and quality awareness, ownership, communication skills, and ability to work in complex regulated environments.
