Base Salary
$175k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations for Compute and C3 operations.
- Automate manual work such as data pipeline cleanup, migration troubleshooting, and capacity investigation.
- Create dashboards, alerts, and recommendations from fleet utilization, allocation, and demand-forecasting data.
- Audit existing tools, identify gaps, prioritize a backlog, and deliver team-productivity workflows quickly.
- Build bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when custom development is appropriate.
- Design workflows with awareness of upstream and downstream effects across Supply, Demand, and Engineering.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to synchronize events and information across C3, CRM, and Compute systems.
- Document workflows and systems so they are discoverable, understandable, and trusted.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI or automation engineering, workflow automation, or technical operations.
- Experience shipping production agents on Vercel and building custom internal applications with durable workflows and sandboxed execution.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Direct experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM or system-of-record platform.
- Track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
- Proficiency with n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar integration and automation platforms, plus understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or operations-heavy environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with GPU infrastructure, capacity planning, or fleet management.
- Preferred: experience building reporting and alerting on BigQuery or Databricks and using Sigma or Hex as a BI layer.
- Preferred: experience with Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or Mastra.
- Preferred: experience in high-stakes operational environments where mistakes have significant business impact.
