Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Customer Identity and Access Management platform using One Identity Manager.
- Build scalable backend services for customer administration and Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle processes.
- Implement and extend One Identity Manager capabilities, custom synchronization solutions, data mapping, transformation, and consistency checks.
- Build secure, high-performance service layers and ensure reliable data exchange and synchronization across systems.
- Contribute to CIAM strategy and roadmap development.
- Support threat modeling, risk assessments, secure coding, identity security best practices, and compliance with DPIA, data retention, and DSR requirements.
- Provide second- and third-level support, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of identity services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager or a similar identity management platform.
- Understanding of IAM and CIAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with VB.Net and PowerShell.
- Understanding of authorization models, especially relationship-based access control, and experience with system integration and synchronization.
- Experience with SQL databases, simple queries, and building processes.
- Preferred experience with Azure cloud services, event-driven architecture, GDPR and data privacy regulations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, EMS systems or contract management platforms, backend development in C#, .NET, or Java, REST API development, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, security and quality awareness, ability to work in complex regulated environments, ownership, proactive mindset, and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
