Responsibilities

Develop and deliver production-grade software according to requirements, technical specifications, healthcare standards, and compliance frameworks.
Build and maintain user interfaces, databases, APIs, and client-facing displays across the healthcare platform.
Participate in technical design discussions and translate designs into well-structured code with guidance from senior engineers.
Write optimized, documented, readable code and maintain established coding standards.
Debug defects, identify root causes, and improve system performance and reliability.
Create and execute unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reduce regression risk.
Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback.
Support staging validation, UAT coordination, release activities, and post-deployment monitoring.
Maintain design notes, API documentation, and runbooks.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
Own assigned deliverables, communicate risks and progress, and continue developing .NET and healthcare-domain expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of total software development experience.
Experience delivering scalable, production-grade software; healthcare-domain experience is an advantage.
Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET framework, including .NET Core and .NET 6+.
Working experience with MVC architecture and hands-on experience with design patterns and Entity Framework.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
Working experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
Angular or React exposure is preferred.
Practical knowledge of NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest and interest in automated testing and Test-Driven Development principles.
Working knowledge of Git and exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS and Docker is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
