Responsibilities
- Build secure custom user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
- Participate in product decisions and coordinate with design and product teams to develop user-experience-focused features.
- Architect efficient, scalable, and extensible frontend components and abstractions.
- Analyze and optimize UI application code for efficiency and performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency.
- Apply OWASP Top 10 techniques to protect code from vulnerabilities.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data handling related to the role.
- Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for protecting information assets.
- Report actual or suspected security or policy violations or breaches to the appropriate authority.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in web development.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Strong understanding of React and Redux or similar frameworks and their underlying concepts.
- Demonstrated design and user experience sensibilities.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and libraries.
- Ability to learn new technologies and share knowledge with teammates.
- Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to improving technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments.
- Ability to write understandable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code.
