Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains and industries.
- Produce design deliverables explaining how solutions will meet business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise troubleshooting solutions.
- Plan and organize work and report issues and progress accurately and promptly.
- Work with colleagues in an agile, international environment across Warsaw and Europe.
- Identify areas for personal development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant IT specialization is required.
- At least 1–3 years of commercial Java development experience after graduation.
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with design, data modelling, architectural patterns, and modern system development.
- Flexibility and openness to working with various technological platforms and tools.
- Willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
