Responsibilities
- Design and implement WEBCON BPS applications, including processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, reports, and dashboards in Designer Studio.
- Develop custom logic using T-SQL and JavaScript when standard WEBCON configuration is insufficient.
- Integrate WEBCON applications with ERP, DMS, Active Directory, email, and external systems using REST and SOAP.
- Analyse change requests and incidents, propose solutions, and maintain project documentation.
- Troubleshoot and stabilise production applications, including implementing performance fixes.
- Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS.
- Practical experience with WEBCON Designer Studio, including process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL queries, views, and procedures on Microsoft SQL Server.
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills sufficient for form customisation.
- Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.
- Ability to independently analyse tasks, validate them against documentation, and deliver work end to end.
- Communicative English for documentation and collaboration with international team members.
- Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK, C#/.NET plugins, and custom actions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine is advantageous.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Automate integrations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis is advantageous.
- Experience delivering projects for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements is advantageous.
