Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mobile applications using Java, Kotlin, SwiftUI, React Native, Flutter, or Mendix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Use Acceptance Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices to improve application quality.
- Conduct code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software performance.
- Design and integrate APIs and microservices for application functionality and scalability.
- Manage the application lifecycle across planning, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored software solutions.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex software engineering challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in at least one mobile stack: iOS with Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit; Android with Kotlin or Java and Jetpack Compose; or cross-platform development with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript or Flutter and Dart.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
- Understanding of the full mobile application lifecycle, including build, test, release, and app store submission.
- Experience with React Native or Flutter mobile app development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Client management, critical thinking, learning agility, and the ability to navigate complex software engineering challenges.
