Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Design, develop, and maintain Golang backend applications and microservices.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services using scalable and high-performing architectures.
- Implement UI designs, write reusable and unit-testable code, and address application bugs and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, business, development, and DevOps teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, application reliability, and cloud-native delivery.
Requirements
- React Native proficiency with at least 3 years of relevant experience for the mobile development track.
- Three to five years of software development experience and at least two years of hands-on Golang development for the backend track.
- Knowledge of React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Redux-Saga, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, WebSockets, Web Storage, Webpack, Babel, ES6, and Jest.
- Experience with Golang concurrency concepts including goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns, and memory management.
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, gRPC, JSON, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Git, Git Flow, CI/CD pipelines, debugging and profiling tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, DevOps and SRE practices, and banking or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
