Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CE customizations, including plugins, custom workflows, and business rules.
- Build and support Custom APIs and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Work with the Dataverse data model, including entities, relationships, forms, and views.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, data migration, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Participate in code reviews, follow Microsoft best practices, and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and senior developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or CE.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM fundamentals, including entities, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Working knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK and plugin development.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Good C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.
- Understanding of Dataverse data models and managed/unmanaged solution structures.
- Basic understanding of APIs, web services, and integration concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery teams is a plus.
- Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Power Apps Component Framework, or Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 and MB-210 is desirable.
