Responsibilities
- Participate in complex client projects and enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs.
- Engage in different phases of SAP for Insurance implementations.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and develop client-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with international project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for the quality of delivered work.
- Organize and lead internal or external workshops.
- Build knowledge and project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or business informatics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.
- Knowledge of OData and/or CDS views.
- Willingness and curiosity to learn an SAP for Insurance module.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong time management, analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Fluent English communication, orally and in writing.
- Insurance industry experience is advantageous.
- Experience or certification in SAP insurance modules such as FS-PM or FS-CM is advantageous.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation, SAP for Insurance architecture, or SAP BTP Integration Suite is advantageous.
