Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance software for First Circle’s SME neobank and financial products.
- Contribute to zero-to-one product development, including corporate cards, payroll, invoices, and solar financing.
- Solve complex engineering challenges associated with building digital financial infrastructure in developing markets.
- Produce high-quality work independently and collaboratively while taking ownership of outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Kotlin.
- Experience with data-heavy, B2B, or fintech products is preferred.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure, Sentry, or Datadog is a bonus.
- Strong commitment to excellent work, personal growth, collaboration, and a high work ethic.
