Responsibilities
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies across projects.
- Lead technical and quality review discussions with engineers, product managers, and project stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers and foster ownership and excellence.
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and pipelines.
- Perform manual and automated testing for complex features and integrations.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for quality across the software development lifecycle and participate in release planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering.
- Solid experience using AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, Claude, and AI testing platforms for test case creation, automation scripting, and defect analysis.
- Hands-on coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Postman, and Cucumber.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as GitLab and GitLab Pipeline.
- Familiarity with performance, security, and API testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
