Base Salary
$142k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide innovative consulting services to Okta customers post-sales.
- Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners at appropriate technical levels.
- Deliver high-quality service and leadership aligned with customer goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
- Mentor and train customers on the Okta service.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Product Management.
- Collaborate with other Okta teams to address escalated issues.
- Perform hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Apply knowledge of identity federation and access control models.
- Utilize SaaS deployment experience with applications like Salesforce and Office 365.
- Commit to continuous improvement of deployment methodologies.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions.
- Software development experience in languages like Java, Ruby, or .Net.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
- Experience with JavaScript and major JavaScript MVC frameworks.
- Familiarity with API management tools like Mulesoft or Apigee is preferred.
- General knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Experience with identity life cycle management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Superb communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in process improvement and decision-making.
