Base Salary
$162k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and release product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and AI-powered services.
- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion and model deployment.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to create machine learning solutions.
- Own ML components throughout their full lifecycle, from experimentation to production monitoring.
- Improve model performance and reliability through validation and optimization.
- Integrate ML models into production systems for low-latency inference.
- Monitor model performance and participate in debugging and incident response.
- Apply software engineering best practices to ML codebases.
- Ensure ML systems comply with security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Document model designs and operational considerations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- One year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Proficiency in Java or Python.
- Experience with backend service frameworks and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases and unit testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools and version control systems.
- Background checks are required.
