Responsibilities
- Scope and architect AI solutions for high-stakes clinical problems.
- Build and deploy RAG pipelines and real-time conversational AI systems.
- Ensure interoperability with healthcare data standards and platforms.
- Own system monitoring and performance tuning post-deployment.
- Partner with product, AI research, and clinical safety teams for feedback.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments with clarity.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for deployment support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Experience building with LLMs and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and full-stack development.
- Experience integrating with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
