Responsibilities
- Build and deliver tailored demos of the agentic AI platform, including agent flows, scripts, and prospect-specific demo environments.
- Write code for demo scaffolding, light integrations, data mocking, and rapid proofs of concept using LLM and agentic tooling.
- Own technical presentations, solution architectures, ROI narratives, discovery, and scoping during sales cycles.
- Answer product, integration, and AI safety questions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support pilots and proofs of concept hands-on and provide field insights to Product and ML teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions or sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Coding ability in Python or JavaScript, including working with APIs and prototyping LLM-based or agentic systems.
- Strong client presence, structured thinking, executive-level presentation ability, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments with a commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes.
- Preferred experience includes forward-deployed engineering, management consulting, client-embedded delivery, healthcare, pharma, life sciences technology, conversational AI, voice agents, agentic workflows, or enterprise sales cycles.
