Responsibilities

Own technical delivery of Blockstream enterprise software from project kickoff through production deployment and post-launch support.
Build AI-assisted prototypes, integrations, tooling, services, configurations, and reusable deployment assets.
Support technical pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, SOW scoping, estimation, and scope-change management.
Configure, deploy, optimize, test, and provide UAT and post-go-live support for customer implementations.
Integrate Blockstream products with core banking and capital-markets systems using integration interfaces and data pipeline technologies.
Deploy solutions in on-premise, network-isolated, and air-gapped banking environments while producing security and audit evidence.
Troubleshoot technical, configuration, and integration challenges and collaborate with Engineering to resolve product issues.
Facilitate technical workshops, architecture discussions, implementation planning, and administrator and end-user enablement sessions.
Translate implementation learnings and customer feedback into product improvements, deployment frameworks, playbooks, and engineering roadmap input.

4–8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, or Enterprise Software Delivery.
Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust to independently build and ship integrations, tooling, and services.
Experience implementing and deploying enterprise software in complex customer environments and working directly with enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of protocol intermediation, enterprise integration patterns, cloud technologies, security fundamentals, and modern software architectures.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Enterprise Sales, and Consulting.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer engagements.
Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations across Europe and excellent English skills.
Preferred: experience with financial institutions, Bitcoin, blockchain, digital assets, tokenization, fintech, APIs, modern integration frameworks, cloud platforms, containerized deployments, infrastructure automation, Layer-2 technologies, or digital asset infrastructure.

Regular travel to customer locations across Europe is required.
The role is embedded directly with customer engineering teams and may involve onsite work in controlled banking environments.
