Base Salary

$162k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Build, test, and release product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and AI-powered services.
Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion and model deployment.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to create machine learning solutions.
Own ML components throughout their full lifecycle, from experimentation to production monitoring.
Improve model performance and reliability through validation and optimization.
Integrate ML models into production systems for low-latency inference.
Monitor model performance and participate in debugging and incident response.
Apply software engineering best practices to ML codebases.
Ensure ML systems adhere to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Document model designs and operational considerations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Three years of experience in software engineering or a related occupation.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and frontend web frameworks.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and state management frameworks.
Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks.
Experience with performance, accessibility, security, and version control tools.
