Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Establish and enforce platform standards balancing technical performance, stability, business needs, and vendor constraints.
- Manage system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Coordinate release management processes to minimize disruption and maintain reliability.
- Act as an SME, manage the team, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice implementation and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- Proficiency in SAP for Retail is required.
- Strong knowledge of packaged and cloud-based application architectures and deployment methodologies.
- Experience managing system integrations and coordinating release processes.
- Ability to establish platform standards aligned with technical and business requirements.
- Specialty Retail and Project Management Office Mobilization and Run experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
