Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end customer journeys across sales, support, and operations.
- Identify automation opportunities and design agent-driven workflows across systems and teams.
- Design agentic AI architectures involving orchestration, APIs, integrations, LLMs, rules, and enterprise systems.
- Translate proposed solutions into measurable business outcomes and support deal teams with ROI narratives.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements, define success metrics, and drive conversion to production deployments.
- Engage business and technical stakeholders and address concerns from prior enterprise AI failures.
- Build reusable solution frameworks and enable sales teams with structured use cases.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or workflow automation.
- Proven experience working successfully with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and core business processes.
- Technical familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and complex enterprise software architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders.
