Responsibilities
- Architect the AI technical strategy and execute the technical sales strategy.
- Deliver compelling, high-impact demos and proof of values of Zscaler’s AI security platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on modern AI patterns and data protection.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable demos, technical assets, and enablement content for the sales team.
Requirements
- Deep fluency in AI/GenAI, including knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust architecture and data loss prevention.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to convey complex AI architectures.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving market.
