Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test automation workflows using the UiPath Automation Platform.
- Develop stable, reusable, and scalable UiPath automation solution designs.
- Provide solution designs to customers during new-deal deployments, proofs of concept, and project implementation.
- Oversee automation development, testing, deployment, hyper care, and monitoring according to solution designs and requirements.
- Develop workflows and custom activities using C#/.NET and Python.
- Design and deliver agentic automation solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, and Autopilot.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution design, development, code reviews, and documentation.
- Review critical code, facilitate knowledge transfer, and lead overall testing cycles.
- Deliver technical training, demonstrations, blueprints, and customer support.
- Lead and mentor automation developers and architects.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent degree.
- 10+ years of IT industry experience with a code development background.
- At least 4 years of experience developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows.
- Strong technical skills with UiPath and its end-to-end product suite, including workflow-based logic, RE-Framework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding Framework.
- Strong programming or scripting knowledge in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on understanding of generative AI and UiPath agentic automation, including Agent Builder, Maestro, Autopilot, AI Trust Layer, and Context Grounding.
- Experience leading a team is preferred.
- UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certification is preferred.
- Experience with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, Citrix Automation, other RPA tools, UiPath Infrastructure, Test Suite, Apps, and Insights is preferred.
- Knowledge of UiPath IXP, Document Understanding, Computer Vision, Action Center, OCR tools, AI/ML, and cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI; prompt engineering; agent frameworks; and Model Context Protocol is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
