Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee configuration, system integrations, releases, and deployment processes.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage team execution and decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align solutions with project goals.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve solution quality and delivery.
- Provide solutions across multiple teams and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) is required.
- Experience configuring and integrating enterprise software solutions related to real estate management.
- Strong understanding of software release management and deployment processes.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards for system stability and performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
