Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into aligned technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
- Guide scalable cloud architecture decisions and Claude integration with enterprise technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally within India and APAC for customer workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Collaborate across time zones while serving as the technical expert for the India market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in India or APAC and navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and explain technical concepts to C-suite, engineering, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
