Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders during discovery and design phases.
- Analyze and formalize business requirements into functional specifications.
- Define PLM processes and data models within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Design functional architectures covering ENOVIA objects, lifecycles, workflows, maturity states, and access rules.
- Coordinate with technical architects and developers during implementation and ensure alignment between functional design and technical delivery.
- Validate configurations and custom developments from a functional perspective.
- Support system integration, user acceptance testing, and defect analysis.
- Contribute to deployment strategy, cutover preparation, and hypercare activities.
- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior functional consultants.
- Identify functional risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Support ENOVIA migration and customization programs, including CAD and non-CAD data migration implementation and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA V5 is required.
- Strong expertise in PLM concepts including configuration management, bills of material, change management, and document management.
- Proven experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, primarily ENOVIA.
- At least 8 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA migration and customization.
- At least 4 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA CAD and non-CAD data migration implementation and delivery.
- Ability to design end-to-end PLM functional architectures and write functional specifications and process models.
- Experience in industrial environments such as aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing.
- Good understanding of integration principles with upstream and downstream systems.
- Good project management experience and familiarity with delivery methodologies for complex programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in multicultural and multisite environments.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
