Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders during discovery and design phases.
- Analyze and formalize business requirements into functional specifications.
- Define PLM processes and data models within 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Design functional architecture covering ENOVIA objects, lifecycles, workflows, maturity states, and access rules.
- Coordinate with technical architects and developers and ensure consistency between functional designs and technical implementations.
- Validate configurations and custom developments from a functional perspective.
- Support system integration, user acceptance testing, defect analysis, deployment strategy, cutover preparation, and hypercare.
- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior functional consultants.
- Identify functional risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions in delivery contexts.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA V5 is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA migration and customization is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA CAD and non-CAD data migration implementation and delivery is required.
- Strong expertise in PLM concepts including configuration management, BOM, change management, and document management.
- Proven experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, primarily ENOVIA.
- Ability to design end-to-end PLM functional architectures and write functional specifications and process models.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or an equivalent industrial environment.
- Good understanding of integration principles with upstream and downstream systems.
- Project delivery experience in complex programs and good project management experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, leadership, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multicultural and multisite teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good team management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
