Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders during discovery and design.
- Analyze and formalize business requirements into functional specifications.
- Define target PLM processes and data models within 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Design functional architectures covering ENOVIA objects, lifecycles, workflows, maturity states, and access rules.
- Coordinate with technical architects and developers and ensure consistency between functional design and technical implementation.
- Validate configurations and custom developments from a functional standpoint.
- Support system integration, user acceptance testing, and defect analysis.
- Contribute to deployment strategy, cutover preparation, and hypercare activities.
- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior functional consultants.
- Identify functional risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Support ENOVIA migration and customization implementation and delivery, including CAD and non-CAD data migration.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5 is required.
- Strong expertise in PLM concepts including configuration management, BOM, change management, and document management.
- Proven experience with the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, mainly ENOVIA.
- Ability to design end-to-end PLM functional architectures.
- Experience in industrial environments such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Experience writing functional specifications and modeling processes.
- Good understanding of integration principles with downstream and upstream systems.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies in complex programs.
- 8+ years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA migration and customization.
- 4+ years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA CAD and non-CAD data migration implementation and delivery.
- Good project management, team management, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural and multisite environments and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A 15-year full-time education qualification is required.
