Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery workshops and translate business challenges into scalable digital products.
- Define product vision, roadmaps, target architecture, and implementation strategies.
- Design enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, RAG, workflow orchestration, AI governance, and enterprise integrations.
- Provide architecture governance, technical leadership, mentoring, and coordination across business, product, and engineering teams.
- Support proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Drive reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across the consulting practice.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
- Experience leading AI-enabled product development and enterprise modernization programs.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience with C-suite and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Google ADK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Anthropic MCP, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI or AI Foundry, RAG, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Python, .NET/C#, REST APIs, microservices, React, Power Platform, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, product management or ownership, business process analysis, design thinking, stakeholder management, executive communication, pre-sales, and solutioning.
- Cloud and AI certifications from Google, Microsoft, or Anthropic are advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, communication, executive influence, and ability to build scalable reusable AI platforms and accelerators.
