Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Make team-level and cross-team technical decisions and provide solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements.
- Mentor and support team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), including service mapping and event management.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable custom software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams through complex software engineering challenges.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
