Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and React.
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Protect and handle sensitive customer data and personally identifiable information.
- Support systems through an on-call rotation.
- Manage systems, break down complex work for team implementation, and maintain well-designed systems and code.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven ability to build scalable web applications.
- Experience with modern development practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently undertake complex design and problem-solving work.
- Understanding of engineering process tradeoffs and ability to adapt team processes.
- Ability to implement robust, stable, and cost-effective solutions and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
