Responsibilities
- AIプロダクトの正確性、一貫性、安全性、公平性、UXなどの品質を整理する。
- シナリオテスト、探索的テスト、レッドチーミングを実施する。
- LLM出力の傾向を分析し、失敗パターンを特定する。
- ユーザーフィードバック、ログ、評価、問い合わせを活用した品質評価を設計する。
- 評価プロセスを標準化・再利用可能な形に整理し、可能 な範囲で自動化する。
- 評価データを収集・集計し、定常的な品質チェックの仕組みを構築する。
- 開発、MLOps、データエンジニアと連携して品質改善のフィードバックループを構築・運用する。
- 品質課題とリスクを文書化し、チームに共有する。
Requirements
- LLMを用いたプロダクトのQA・テストにおける3年以上の実務経験。
- 観点整理やテ ストケース作成を含むテスト設計の経験。
- 曖昧な仕様や正解が一意でない対象を、判断軸を立てて評価する能力。
- テストまたは評価プロセスの自動化経験。
- 開発チームと協働して品質改善を進めた経験。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力。
- シナリオテスト、レッドチーミング、ユーザーフィードバックやログを用いた評価・分析の経験があれば歓迎。
- 日本語を中心とした自然言語処理の基礎理解があれば歓迎。
