Base Salary
$76k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and maintain robust automated test suites and targeted manual test cases.
- Participate in requirements refinement to clarify acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and improve testability.
- Execute integration, regression, unit, and end-to-end testing for software quality, security, performance, and reliability.
- Debug build failures, triage defects, troubleshoot automation and environment issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Create and improve automation frameworks, QA documentation, testing standards, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Review junior team members’ work, contribute to release-readiness and test-coverage discussions, and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in product architecture discussions and promote test-driven development and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
- Experience with test automation tools and technologies such as C#, Java, Selenium, API testing, or Playwright.
- Experience with Windows and Unix-based systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree, Agile methodology experience, and exposure to AI are preferred.
