Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance robust automated testing frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release readiness and test coverage.
- Lead or perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop, test, review, debug, and troubleshoot software and automation scripts.
- Review work from less experienced team members and provide technical or engineering support.
- Define and document automation standards, technical requirements, and development practices.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, development, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in system analysis, product architecture discussions, and testability and scalability efforts.
- Set expectations for critical tasks, deliverables, scope, timelines, and quality.
- Stay informed about emerging QA technologies and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
- Experience with C#, Java, or Selenium.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Agile methodology experience and exposure to AI are preferred.
