Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, enhances, and maintains automated testing frameworks.
- Develops automated tests and contributes to comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases using QA methodologies.
- Leads or performs unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for software reliability, security, and performance.
- Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and development teams.
- Reviews code and automation work, including work from less experienced team members, to maintain script reliability and quality.
- Troubleshoots complex issues across environments and automation scripts and provides timely resolutions.
- Defines and documents automation standards and technical documentation.
- Evaluates code changes, test coverage, and release readiness throughout the application lifecycle.
- Participates in programming, application support, cross-functional meetings, and software delivery activities.
- Recommends improvements based on emerging QA technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
- Experience with C#, Java, or Selenium.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and QA methodologies, including designing test plans and test cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Agile Methodology experience and exposure to AI are preferred.
