Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate perception components using real robot data.
- Build datasets and evaluation harnesses, run experiments, and report results.
- Integrate perception modules into the live robot stack and demonstrate them.
- Work on pose estimation, VLMs, VLAs, 3D scene reconstruction, object detection, and multimodal learning.
- Test perception systems on real robots at the office.
- Own a defined internship project end-to-end with light supervision.
Requirements
- Pursuing an MS or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and computer vision fundamentals.
- Evidence of applied work through projects, competitions, publications, or industry robotics experience.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Legally authorized to complete a three- or six-month internship in the United States.
