Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship new workflow nodes for automation in moderation pipelines.
- Contribute to the core UI for moderators and investigators.
- Develop AI agents that review content against customer policies.
- Create metrics and analytics dashboards to help T&S leads assess program performance.
- Build integrations for two-way user communications.
- Fix bugs and improve the reliability and user experience of the software.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in building production software.
- Exposure to both backend and frontend development.
- Curiosity about customer problems and interest in feature impact.
- Comfort with handling meaningful data volumes and understanding performance tradeoffs.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and recent developments in code generation.
- Ability to think end-to-end across the stack and communicate clearly in writing.
