Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Contribute to API-first and integration-driven platform initiatives.
- Write maintainable, secure, and high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers on development standards and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution implementation and delivery.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and scalable application design.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with GCP preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern engineering workflows.
- Exposure to React Native or mobile application development is preferred.
- Exposure to Python for automation, integrations, or backend services is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs or AI-assisted engineering tools is preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms or CRM-integrated applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
