Responsibilities
- Design and build ServiceNow Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal/UI Builder experiences across ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and OAuth.
- Move Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot to production by configuring AI skills and agents, tuning them against ticket data, and establishing guardrails.
- Maintain code quality through reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, documentation, and smooth annual family upgrades.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building on ServiceNow.
- Strong JavaScript skills and fluency with the ServiceNow platform data model and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on integration and automation experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and OAuth.
- Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module such as HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, or ITOM.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist is strongly preferred.
