Base Salary
$125k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and articulate the value of AI-assisted design.
- Translate business requirements into technical approaches using Neural Concept's platform.
- Guide customers through the AI adoption process from proof-of-concept to full integration.
- Act as a liaison between customer needs and product development, providing feedback for platform improvement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in designing end-to-end solutions from business needs to technical approaches.
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments, navigating executive and technical discussions.
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering simulation concepts like CAD/CAE, CFD, or FEM.
- Working knowledge of machine learning and experience with Python and ML frameworks is a plus.
- Intellectually curious and eager to solve real-world engineering challenges.
- Fluency in English.
