Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure application quality and performance through testing and validation.
- Document technical specifications and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage application integrations and data flows.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and work independently toward subject matter expertise.
- Share knowledge with and assist junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience customizing software solutions for complex business process requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot application-environment technical issues.
- Familiarity with application integration and data flow management across systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
