Responsibilities
- Lead developers, product managers, and designers in building Scheduling features.
- Develop scalable full-stack software solutions through end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
- Mentor developers through code pairing and detailed code, architecture, and project reviews.
- Champion development, deployment, and quality lifecycle best practices.
- Contribute to product design and feature selection discussions.
- Use AI tools to enhance development workflows and productivity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Hands-on experience with modern web standards and technologies such as React, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL.
- Proven ability to build partnerships across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholder groups.
- Experience and interest in mentoring and leading peers.
- Experience maintaining and guiding teams toward high technical quality standards.
- Strong customer empathy and commitment to thoughtful user experiences and continuous product improvement.
