Responsibilities
- Develop and configure custom low-code business solutions according to business needs, policies, governance, solution structures, and best practices.
- Work with Lead Developers on architectural design requirements and standards and contribute to modular component development.
- Manage multiple complex projects, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
- Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across complex stakeholder environments.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, executive leadership, governance bodies, and customers.
- Identify and manage project and strategic risks, resolve complex issues, and drive mitigation plans.
- Contribute to program delivery standards, team collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of experience in low-code development and systems analysis.
- Experience with low-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform or alternatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with program or project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
